This Friday, 13th March, 2016, we are not rehearsing in our usual venue, Hesdin Hall – which is being used by the church for a quiz night.
Instead, we will be in the Coffee Lounge next door – the entrance is in the church Porch.
Usual time – 7:45 for an 8pm start.
See you all there.
Don’t forget – wear Red!

Wear something Red (or Pink) and please bring along something red for the raffle, or perhaps some home made cakes for the cake sale!

In what has become an annual tradition, we will once more be using our rehearsal nearest St Valentine’s day to do some fundraising for an external charity.
This year, we have decided to support The Alzheimer’s Society, which has significance now for several company members.
The rehearsal is themed Red, so please wear something red or pink if you can, preferably somewhere that everyone can see it! Please also bring along something red for the raffle or, if that way inclined, bake some cakes for a cake sale.
Of course, we’ll still be rehearsing as usual that night, so bring along your dancing feet and clearest vocal chords too – plus plenty of cash, naturally!
See you there…

Now that February has arrived, it is time to start thinking about Christmas!
Our show will be from the 7th to the 9th of December 2011, at the Fairlawn Hall in Southall.
Exact details of the show are still to be arranged, but we currently expect it to be an “adult pantomime” – probably suitable for children, but something fun for adults to enjoy too – with a Christmas theme.
More details closer to the time.

Another cold day, though no snow this time… The food fair was great and the mulled cider very interesting indeed!
We sang three times, and then had a look around the house, which had a Parisian theme this year.
It really set us up for christmas!
