Changed rehearsal venue for Friday 11th March

This Friday, 13th March, 2016, we are not rehearsing in our usual venue, Hesdin Hall – which is being used by the church for a quiz night.

Instead, we will be in the Coffee Lounge next door – the entrance is in the church Porch.

Usual time – 7:45 for an 8pm start.

See you all there.

No rehearsal at Sacred Heart on Friday 25th September

Because of a church engagement, we aren’t able to use the Church Hall this friday.

This means the company rehearsal is cancelled.

Sue has contacted a few people to arrange a small scale rehearsal of one part of the show; if you haven’t received her email or call, then please enjoy your week off!

See you all the following week instead!

Getting ready for Christmas

We’ll be back to rehearsing this year for our Christmas show this Friday, 4th September.

I hope to see lots of you there at 7:45 pm for an 8 o’clock prompt start!

Temporary rehearsal venue changes

On two of the upcoming Fridays, we will not be able to use our normal rehearsal venue; we shall have to meet elsewhere.

On the 23rd January 2015 and 13th February 2015 we shall be meeting in the Compass Theatre in Ickenham, which is just across the road from Ickenham underground station,

We meet as usual at 7:45pm, in the Long Room, Compass Theatre, Glebe Avenue, Ickenham. UB10 8PD.

Summer break

We’re breaking for the Summer.

The first rehearsal back will be at 7:45 pm on the 29th August. See you there!

30 minute call

Just had the 30 minute call. Opening night tonight!

Christmas Show: Nuncrackers

Our next show is going to be Nuncrackers – a hilarious comedy about some Nuns, surprisingly enough!

In the theatre for Happily Ever After?

We’ve made it to the Winston Churchill Hall in Ruislip, and are getting in for the show. Dress rehearsal is tomorrow, and opening night on Friday.

Where else would you rather be on a summer weekend?

Rehearsals start for “Happily Ever After?”

Sue and Sarah were blown away by the standard of the auditions for our June show and are frantically scratching their heads to figure out how they can fit more parts into the show than the ones they had previously envisioned.

With any luck, they’ll be ready to reveal who has got the parts for the show’s opening section at the rehearsal on the 8th of February, with the rest of the show shaping up over the following weeks and months.

New members are being encouraged to join us over the next few weeks; after the 1st March, it will be almost impossible to slot new faces into the show without disrupting what has already been set.

See you Friday!
